Would give zero stars if I could. My express order of over $250 was supposed to arrive in 2-5 days , that was 2 and a half weeks ago now. CUSTOMS HAS SIEZED MY ORDER , emails ( because their phone number goes through to a message bank - you CANNOT get hold of anyone ) back and forth have been useless. They keep telling me to wait a few more days and wont fix the issue. So now I have to send information to customs to try get my order released or else it will be disposed of by customs. DODGY COMPANY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I purchased from Australia , my goods were sent from Hong Kong and due to whatever paperwork they put with my order has caused it to be flagged by customs . I am FURIOUS and cannot even get hold of anyone to assist me. Absolutely DISGUSTING and if you want your order Id suggest going elsewhere because this company is not honest and you are likely not to see your order . GIVE ME MY $250 DOLLARS BACK YOU SCAMMERS !

After complaining they refunded the customs cost which was gratefully recieved...... Exactly as others have said if in UK do not order the customs that are put on the product make it loads more. It is not clearly worded when it comes to purchasing. I am fuming and would never order again from here. Additionally it has taken nearly a month to arrive.

28 days later I have not received delivery to the uk. Today got card through door from Royal Mail who will not deliver it until I pay £17.78! Do not be fooled by the free delivery. They have taken my money £68 for the product and to pay an extra £17.78 makes it way above the price of other sellers. I had a choice to pay vat or not when placing the order and as the email address for the company was co.uk I presumed it was a uk company and this was not valid to me. Only chose to order from them as approx £1-2 cheaper than elsewhere. Other companies actually do have free delivery.

Hi Team Received my order in a timely fashion considering lockdown postal issues. Sadly packaging of one of my items which was hard plastic was damaged/broken. Luckily this was for personal use and not a gift but also if the packaging was a box, it was potentially damaging to the glass bottle. I don’t blame Cosmetics Now but the courier service.

I don’t know why people pay retail prices for fragrances anymore. There are so many reliable sources for discount frangeances, this site of definitely one of them. I had been searching for Varvatos Artisan Pure at a reasonable price since it has been discontinued. These folks had it beat the lowest online price I found by $15!!!!
