My order was cancelled without any notification. It took days for them to respond to my inquiry when I finally realized what happened. There was some BS explanation but all of a sudden the product I had tried to buy from them was much more expensive. Sham company, bad communication!!

I have been waiting for my order for more than 40 days. No detailed tracking information was provided (I asked three times by email). If you live in Canada, don't be fooled by the .ca URL. Products do not ship from Canada. The only information I got was a Singapore Post « tracking » number only mentioning that the order was « despatched for overseas ». That was more than a month ago. When and where was the parcel picked-up? Nada. When and where has it been scanned afterwards? Mystery. I don't believe that I will ever get my order and I just contacted my credit card company to get my money back. With such a long transit during winter, I just can't imagine in which condition those skincare products (that do not tolerate frost) would have arrived.

BEWARE DO NOT buy from this company, ordered well before Xmas still waiting 29 Dec. Phone help line is a joke, no response to email. I shall be contacting my credit card company for my money back.

I have ordered items from Cosmetics Now many times and have never had any issues. Usually receive the items in a few day.
