I’m sorry, I felt I couldn’t give any better. I received part of my order earlier in the week and was so pleased But am still waiting for my remaining item and have had nothing to say when I’ll receive it

I had a notification from you advising me that my order would be delivered via DPD on 13/5/21. On tracking my order and ringing DPD I was advised that they haven’t received the parcel from you. Today is 15/5/21 I have no idea where my parcel is. Really not impressed.
