I loved my first pair of LVI pjs so was happy to find the Lee Valley Ireland website and have the opportunity to order online. I quickly found the item I wanted and at a very fair price. I’m looking forward eagerly to getting my new pajamas which I know are beautiful and well-made. The website, however, could use some work. I had a problem paying with my credit card. After 3 failed tries with my card I ditched to paypal and completed my order. Also, I couldn’t access your offer of a first time buyer’s 10% discount 😪

The ordering was easy and the product is lovely. Downside was communication as we didn’t get any kind of tracking associated with our order and an email to customer care went unanswered. Our order though came quite quickly and we live in Canada. Our experience was positive on the whole and we did eventually get a response from customer service on the day we received our order.
