Order took over 2 weeks to arrive 😫 Dressing gown and slippers not as luxurious as the photos or description. Another 2 weeks to return but they very kindly paid for the customs. Another 2 weeks for the refund 😒

I have placed an order on December 18. The last update I got was that my package was leaving Dublin on the 22 internationally and then no updates. I have emailed the company twice (customer service) to have information to see where the package was at and they have not responded to me. I do not know if I will ever see this package. I am disappointed by the poor communication.

I live in California and I'd been looking hard where I could find some good quality clothes that aren't made in a sweatshop. Came across Lee Valley online and was amazed that I could get such high quality product shipped to California in less than a week at such a reasonable price. Best of all it supports the good folks of Ireland. Love the fleece lined flannel. A win all around! Thank you

Recently purchased a West Cork Jacket in XL. Truly like the jacket but it was too large. Ordered a large and it fit great. Returned the XL and was surprised to see that it cost $87 to ship back. That's almost half the cost of the jacket! Again, great jacket but beware of shipping costs. Pick sizes carefully.
