If you take hold of that, I think your online shopping will increase. In Sweden, we often use "KLARNA" when shopping online. Like all online clothes sellers, there is a lack of clear and complete size description. I cannot understand why this sseems to be such a problem. As it is responsible for most returns (and a major turn off for internet shopping), I do no see why it is not resolved.

Received the walking stick in a timely manner, however, it was not the quality we were expecting. The finish is bubbled, almost as if the bubble wrap affected it. There are some rough spots and it is not curved as it was pictured. I really wanted to like this but there are too many flaws. They are happy to have it back but now I have to repackage and ship it. I think this company means well but this is a disappointment.

I appreciate Lee Valley sends out good promotions by mail and as the products are really reliable, I order...only minus points t is expensive delivery costs.
