Both the vest and the jacket arrived. The vest is made with quality material, and is well made, with a metal zipper. The jacket is functionally well designed, but with a cheaper material. The zipper is made of nylon. It seemed that the jacket was priced accordingly, while the vest was a solid buy for the price. I scored there. :-) I am very happy with both purchases, but the vest is the better of the two. It would have been nice if the jacket was of equal quality as the vest. I feel that it will do fine in light wear scenarios, but it would tear easily with rough use. The vest is quite solid in design, and I think it will hold up well over time.
