Das Angebot ist vielseitig, die Qualität der Produkte immer ausgezeichnet und die Lieferung sei es nach Deutschland sei es nach Italien schnell und unproblematisch. Ich habe schon viele andere hoch zufriedene Käufer geworben und kann Leevalley nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Whenever I have a question, however trivial, Lee Valley always answers within a day. The answer is never automated, always by an individual. The clothing we have bought has always been comfortable and of excellent quality. Last year my husband and son each got a lined flannel pants and shirt leisure set. They love the comfort and warmth. Ordered items 17th November - now 14th December. Only things they have delivered so far are emails asking for reviews of products they still have not delivered, other emails trying to get me to order more stuff, and snotty emails from "customer care" blaming me for ordering at "their busiest time of year" - ie mid November! Customer care is non existent - like their goods.

The order experience was easy and fast! I am now waiting to see the product.

Easy to order and called me back to say they had one colour in stock not two. Which was perfect with me. Nice and polite good customer service.
