an excellent process.

Firstly I received several reminders for the day the engineer was due, and then a couple odf updates as to his arrival, all by text all very useful. When the engineer arrived he was a polite and cheerful individual, it was his second annual visit and remembered me and the idiosyncrasies of my boiler. Upon entry he put on over his shoes, a pair of protectors. He worked quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. The invoicing process was completed online, all in all an excellent process.

Extremely straightforward to book…

Extremely straightforward to book service, prompt return call, spoke to human being every time! All I dealt with in company were consistently courteous and friendly. Arrived on time, as have hearing loss called so I was aware of his arrival. Efficient and thorough service with all checks completed. I feel complete trust in service, will definitely use again.

Competent and professional service

Engineer was a bit late but apologised. I deducted a star for lateness. He showed great respect for my home. Worked efficiently and was amiable and professional throughout. I would definitely recommend.

Boiler service

Ben from ACF Plumbing and heating did our annual boiler service today and not only was the service on offer with a £15 discount, the service was top class. You got a text confirmation to say when to expect Ben and then a further text to say when he was on his way with a live tracking link. Ben was very polite and friendly. Highly recommend ACF to others
