turboSMTP bloque mon compte depuis plusieurs jours sans aucune raison (suspicion de hacking selon eux) et le support ne répond pas à mes demandes de remise en service. Mes envois de mailing prévus sont bloqués. turboSMTP blocks my account for no reason (suspicion of hacking according to them) and support does not respond to my requests for reactivation. My scheduled mailings are blocked.

Biggest piece of crap, that's how you can describe the customer service in this company, they even refuse to answer us by the BBB, still have all documents and evidence but they don't give a dmn about what they are doing, crap, scam, fraud.

Despues de estar años con problemas con nuestros correos corporativos solventamos de un golpe todos nuestros inconvenientes (Correos que llegaban a la bandeja de spam o directamente no llegaban a su destinatario) y no solo eso, el control que tenemos actualmente para saber que le llega correctamente, si lo ha abierto o incluso descubrir que clientes ya no tienen ese correo activo, información muy valiosa para una empresa. Y por ultimo el trato de la empresa y en concreto a Nelson que me ha ayudado en todo y de una manera rapida. 100% recomendable.

Poor website design our website is more better than their website. They have closed our account after we signed up in their service, we didn't send any email, We signed up and all we got was rejected from their team. Their team are really poor, they can't even speak English, simply cause they are from the middle East speaking that third world language. Even, the emails that they sent me I've received them in my Junk/Spam Folder. Full of crap
