This company is used by spammers on a massive scale. Even though the spam received is reported via spamcop. They appear to do nothing to prevent spammers and those that send massive amounts of phishing emails out. Instead of having a mechanism to prevent spammers gaining access to the web. They do not have any meaningful system to prevent it. There are many companies just like this one, that do nothing to deter the criminals using their services, because they want the money. They claim to have a system in place but do not operate it in any meaningful way.
