11/06/2019 They don't understand the word Courtesy. Appalling sales support where an email which was meant to be sent to verify my email was never received. Unhelpful and discourteous staff who's primary skills include wasting customer's time and being patronisingly unhelpful. 11/07/2019 The reply below, given by turboSMTP, is actually partially true. The email system operated by turboSMTP or serversmtp.com failed to send the given email address an email for verification. So nothing could be verified. When I have advised turboSMTP support staff of this via chat they don't seem to understand what has gone wrong or how to put it right. This is not encouraging. You would have thought that a manager would have sorted this out. Perhaps worst of all is the way in which staff from turboSMTP treat customers as if they were doing them a favor rather than doing what they should be doing - sorting out problems - and they do have a few....
