Bought an annual plan at 23 May 2018 at 3:48 pm GMT+2. Account is disabled at 0:00 am GMT on 23 May 2019. After contacting support, nothing to do for let my 2000 emails stuck, just have a 10% discount on next plan. It's not commercial and not normal. Plan should end at same hour or a t the end of the day, because technically is not a full year, you steal one day. turboSMTP said was not possible to change the plan to finish at the good date, it's an answer for naives, because it's always possible when we really want. Edited : got support (thank you trustpilot) and resolved issue, just remove 1 star for time loss...

turboSMTP refuse to approve subscription, without any specific reason, and refers to their general terms "Terms and conditions" and a number of guidelines. After reading through all, without finding non-compliance, I asked if they could be more specific, but just got the same answer again.
