The smtp service is good

The smtp service is good. I just wish it was made clearer that the free plan was limited to 1 year, and that emails would not be sent after that (with no warning). I thought at first there was a technical issue stopping my emails (and those of my sub-accounts). I have upgraded now to a paid plan.

Very good service

Very good service, i got what i paid for. So happy. I faced a technical issue last month with the service and it was a weekend :( i thought i won't find anyone to help but i said let's give it a try, i checked their support on this day and i got surprised, the support was online via multi-channels (phone,chat,Skype, i don't remember if they had more channels, i jumped to chat and my problem was solved immediately.

They will screw your business. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Worse experience in the life time. AVOID AT ALL COST! I've subscribe the service for more than 1 year, and establish with lots of reseller plan. Without any valid reason, without any warning, they will just simply block your account from access. Never explain what you did wrong. All your client will suddenly bombard you with complain why their email is not sending out. That is how they will screw up your business! RUN CHICKEN RUN!!

Well, All has been said here allready, i see. We too have been denied. When asking for reasons, none were given. We were actually advised to find another provider.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!

Good day, I have run into exactly the same issue that is being identified by other posters here. I tried to register and provided all the required information accurately on their registration form. My company met all the published requirements that was posted on this company’s website. - I have my own domain that I am administrator over. - My email address is not a free email account and is an email account belonging to my domain. - I have been in business for 10 years and a reputable company. - I supplied correct address information. - I supplied my website url and unsubscribe url from my published and working website. - I made 3 registration attempts via the registration form on this smtp providers website. - Setup an online chat session as they have online chat support and could not obtain any satisfaction as to why my registration was declined. - Made a phone call into their support group and basically got the same run-around. "Your company did not meet our requirements for a trail and told to reread their policies and try to reregister again". I was told that the activation team does not provide reasons as to the registration refusal. - Today 2018.06.13 I tried on more time to register and again received what I now believe is an automated email reply that most folks are receiving . . . ======================================================= Dear User, we are sorry to inform you that your subscription request has not been approved because your company doesn't match our terms and conditions. For further information about them, please read this page and our Anti-Spam Policy. Tip: if you own a domain, but tried to subscribe with a free webmail (such as Gmail or Hotmail), you should sign up with your domain email address or any other local-part, provided that it's related to your domain name.If you get this email and you have already purchased a plan, you'll be shorthly refunded for the entire amount, on the same credit card you used to purchase the service. We would like to thank you for providing us with information and if you would like please feel free to register again and I will assign this email to our activation team while reviewing your registration form. Thank you for contacting us. Kind regards, ======================================================= I had requested the email of their support manager, their complaint department or customer relations group, but this information was not given to me . . . thus no way to escalate their refusal issue or fact find as to why? Based upon current review’s and my most recent experiences with this company, something is definitely amiss here.

google take down this scammy company from its search and top of serp

luckily google system so clever and eventually they will read these feedback and they will take down this scammer on the second page so no one will click them. I tried very legitimate Australian company to trial before I buy subscription, after I signup for free account to see if my customer will happy or not guess what I am at the same boat with others they didn't accept me without any explanation. Reason: no one ever get free account with them try it ! they will send you this"Dear User, we are sorry to inform you that your subscription request has not been approved because your company doesn't match our terms and conditions" what conditions? you didn't even ask what kind of company we are or what condition we haven't met no explanation whatsoever and force user to sell subscription service. I will not recommend anyone even to use their scammy service. they are scamming people to use free subscription for seo purpose on google hence they are on the top of the page, stay away from this scammers. unbelievable 2018 this kind of companies still on the top of google search nobody's perfect !

I find this a horrible company to work…

I find this a horrible company to work with. I used their service with SendBlaster during a trial period. When the trail period ended, I tried to continue with the turboSMTP service but simply could not get approved. They said I did not meet terms. BUT I DID. I won't go through the terms, but I spelled out, step-by-step, in an email to them, how I do meet the terms. Still I was denied, and no one would explain why. I think they won't sign you up for the free subscription. I only send about 50 emails a day, so I thought their free plan would work, which you could seen - I think - up to 200 per day. But if you don't (allegedly) meet the terms, why even let you do the trail period. I like SendBlaster thus far, but I find turboSMTP a horrible company to work with. Be warned. Safe stress, consider another smtp company.

Denied a trial

Denied a trial. Wondering why the hell they have the trial option there. Seems to me a scam/fraud,as they may do not have the infrastructure but can turn a pitfall for the one who pay. Wasted my time.
