Die Teller sind tolll, leider sind 2 von 4 bei der Lieferung kaputt gegangen und sie hätten definitiv besser gepolstert sein müssen damit das nicht passiert. Der Kundenservice war sehr freundlich und ich hoffe die Ersatzlieferung kommt heil und pünktlich zum verschenken ab.

Ich habe hier an Weihnachten eine Kette mit zwei Anhängern bestellt. Der große Anhänger wurde aber leider nicht mitgeliefert. Als ich dies reklamiert habe, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass der Anhänger ausverkauft ist und man nicht wisse, wann er wieder verfügbar ist. Es gab keine wirkliche Entschuldigung oder einen Rabatt, Angebot Bescheid zu geben, wann das Produkt wieder verfügbar ist etc. Proaktiv wurde nicht darüber informiert, dass das Produkt nicht mehr verfügbar ist bzw. einfach gar nicht mitgeliefert wurde. Die Website ist zudem recht unübersichtlich. Beim Checkout werden einem noch weitere Zusatzprodukte angeboten. Leider nicht sehr seriös. Die Kette an sich ist ganz schön. Schlicht und klassisch.

Um das Wiederrufsrecht einzuhalten, ist die Rücksendung nach Dänemark selbst zu tragen, unabhängig vom Wert der Rücksendung. Die Seite lässt nicht direkt erkennen, dass man direkt aus und nach Dänemark bestellt. Schade.

Wunderbares Design, toller Sale und schnelle Lieferung... ich bin sehr zufrieden und habe schon zum zweiten Mal bestellt. Da es immer traumhaft schöne neue Dinge gibt, werde ich auch wieder bestellen!

Jeg bestilte viskestykker og vanter, men fik viskestykker og en plasticflaske. Kundeservice besvarer hverken telefon eller mails. Alt i alt ustyrligt utilfredsstillende.

I've ordered a necklace for my niece on her 12th birthday. I got the confirmation and shipping details however the parcel has been stuck for almost 2 weeks now. I've contacted the shipping partner and they admit that this is really strange but that only the sender can fill in a claim. So now I am trying to contact Design Letters for 3 days and have had no answer. My parcel is lost and they just don't respond to mails. The help button on their website is a bot that can't answer either. So I paid almost 100€ and just received NOTHING ! What a scam!! UPDATE: they contacted me and promised to resend me the package. Which got lost AGAIN. also: they do no follow-up whatsoever, I am the one who needs to contact them. They refunded me, but since PayPal is taking a percentage of the amount I lost 10EUR and have a very disappointed 12-year-old niece. And 4 days before Christmas I have to find another gift. So truly NEVER BUY FROM THEM !!!!!

I purchased some kids tableware (plates, bowls, cups, etc.) from a retailer of Design Letters. After very few time use (< 10 times), I noticed them deteriorating with plastic pieces falling off. Very dangerous and can cause health issues in baby. I reached out to customer service team immediately. The team agreed to send me a replacement. However they suddenly stopped replying to my emails after I shared my shipping address. I followed up with them 5 times and it’s been one month, I have not received anything.

great jewellery, awesome design and better customer service I ordered a pendant and came broken. They asked me to keep it and sent me a voucher to be spent in the site. I really liked the quick reply and also the fact that they did not questioned me much

I already own several charms from Design Letters which I bought when on vacation in Copenhagen. I ordered a flower charm as a birthday gift and accidentally ordered the golden one instead of the silver one. Upon writing my email to costumer service I had a kind reply within 24 hours. They were incredibly helpful und generous with the return shipment and voucher so I could order the correct charm. The charms themselves are beautiful. I can only recommend the brand for both the products and the costumer service.
