I did not like the bracelet, different Color than on the page and really in a quality that does not justify around 60 euro price. I decided to send it back and have to pay for the return, which is fully legal but not customer friendly. Not a good experience

Great and contemporary articles, effortless and stylish. Quite expensive, especially jewellery (gold-plated), but acceptable when using discount deals. Horrible shipping costs of any return to Denmark from e.g. Germany (parcel is obligational at 17.99 €, no shipping in envelopes is accepted!) should be made aware of somehow. If a customer returns a small jewellery item, the shipping costs may cause the double amount of the item itself! This may motivate customers to purchase the Design Letter articles somewhere else where returns are either free or levelled down to certain sizes.
