Quick and efficient service. Was as described

Ordered goods on 2nd December paying £6 for Royal Mail delivery. Contacted them on 10th December as the website said my order was still being processed, didn't even have the decency to respond. Contacted them again on 16th December, again no response. Finally despatched my order on 17th December, I had ordered it to go to my workplace so by the time it was delivered on the 19th I had finished for Christmas

Homebits staff were most helpful in processing the order--made more complicated by my adding items to it. It shipped sooner than expected, and arrived in the USA well packaged. The hardware is beautifully designed and finished.
