First class help, first class products, first class service

I was helped for three quarters of an hour on the phone by a most helpful and patient young lady, whilst I checked through a number of details to ensure the stainless steel letter box would fit. Finally satisfied I ordered it and three other related items. All arrived within a couple of days and all fitted perfectly. The quality was excellent and the help offered on the phone could not have been bettered either in detail, accuracy or attitude. These days most service is so poor, that when you find this kind of quality, you are amazed and delighted. Can't recommend them too highly.

Pay attention to delivery addresses!

I gave specific instructions for the product I ordered to be delivered to my work address, but it was sent to my billing address. This caused me a good deal of inconvenience as the product didn't arrive when expected and I had to wait in at home for the redelivery. When I wrote to Homebits customer services it took them a few days to reply. They said they could resend the product if I did not arrange for it to be redelivered, but unfortunately they were too late. I wrote back to say I had already arranged redelivery, only to encounter silence. Mistakes happen, but the error could have been mitigated with a sincere apology and perhaps offering to deliver my next order for free. But it seems that good customer service is not one of Homebits' strong points.

The item came pretty much on time, it look great in the bathroom and it's very convienient in the shower. However, we only had it a week when my son of 15 had one of the dispencers broke. I thought it was just him being awkward but my daughter's dispencer also broke. It's also a bit expensive in euros.

Great service, fast delivery.

Very happy with the soap dispenser and also sticks incredibly well with the silicone gel of which I have steered clear in the past but would recommend it now. The whole ordering process was excellent.

Multiple orders delivered perfectly

I have ordered from Homebits multiple times, internationally. Always have I had quick delivery (within 5 working days), in good order, or there had been communication regarding the order. The downturn is postage, but that should not reflect towards Homebits, 5 stars.
