The whole experience is positive. What makes it stand out is the assistance I got in regard to connectors. I would have bought the wrong connector as the manual states SO239 so I asked for PL259, when the assistant pointed out I would need a BNC type as the equipment which they were sending required that. I did not know and so I was saved time and money. First class.

I spoke to a gentleman in their customer service and he was extremely helpful. The call was answered immediately which helps as well.

Living in Belfast I've found my scanner coverage greatly enhanced. I am now picking up aircraft coasting in and out over the Donegal coast on transatlantic flights.,also flights above 9000ft over Scotland heading south towards London ATC plus my normal ATC movements.
