I ordered some headsets on the 9th of September. As of today, the 22nd of September.. they have yet to arrive. I do not believe this is a fault with RadioWorld Directly as the courier they opted to use (DPD) did not make any attempt to deliver the parcel to my address. Instead they just dropped it off at a collection point. This is despite DPD’s own website stating they will attempt a redelivery or hand it to one of my neighbours… this never happened. I hope radioworld give their customers the ability to select which carrier they use in the future, because I expect the issue is a localised issue with the DPD drivers in the area ? *edited to reflect the correct date* - thanks for the heads up.
