Radio world gave me excellent service and promised to have my new antenna delivered the next day the only problem was it was being said by the royal mail which was absolutely disgusting but radio world refunded my postage costs as a goodwill gesture which I think was an excellent thing they did I will use radio world again but I will not use the post office service this is disgusting but radio world an excellent job I am really pleased

Decided to visit the store as wanted some sound purchase advice face to face. The visit and time spent with me was excellent, no pressure and felt the staff understood my needs and delivered the advice and experience that is not always there when buying online.
