I recently purchased a shower door and side screen , at a good price ,delivered very speedily and very well packed . Regretably due to my own stupidity I made the silly mistake of fitting it the wrong way round ! Caused me no end of trouble as I did not spot my mistake but felt some mistake on suppliers part . No phone number- all via e mail ! I need not have worried they answered my e mails straightaway and with patience of a saint .I cannot praise their customer approach too highly . After some 10 E mails I finally realised it was my fault and re fitted the door and frame correctly and all was well . Needless to say I felt a fool and apologized profusely Thankful for their help .
