Still waiting on this it's been 6 days now no contact from company

I ordered a shower screen based on looks and price and the product was clearly described. Delivery went perfectly well and was swift. Everything was in order and I fitted the screen with little effort. So it’s a thumbs up from me

Although we haven't actually installed any of the radiators or vanity we ordered as yet they were delivered quickly, by a professional company who called with a time scale and everything was delivered as describe. Would recommend!!

Did not receive the item. Their delivery vehicle broke down and then no news about it. After 3 days I emailed them (no phone numbers available) asking where my order is and then they responded saying the vehicle is broken down and may be delivered sometime after Christmas or proceed with a refund. Still no definite date or time.

Very dissatisfied. Ordered a shower door, delivery shown as 2-3 days. Chased they advised they would resend ?? delay tactics. 2 weeks later still no sign. Wasn’t even in stock!
