I would give them zero stars if I could. The horribly embroidered 50 hats for me--the type was barely legible and looked like I tried to do it myself. Then they offered a 50% refund--as if there was anything I would do with 50 botched hats. I fought for a full refund and got it. Then I ordered a t-shirt as a sample, received the shirt printed on a completely different shirt than I specified. Customer service said they ran out of that shirt, so used another. They gave me a 50% refund, so now I have a Goodwill shirt that I paid $25 for. Abyssmal customer service. Will never use them again.
