We've used RushOrderTees at my company for a few projects and have always enjoyed the quality and speed in which our items arrive! We had a bit of a hiccup with our company cards to start the new year, so we needed to split the payment which I thought would be a pain to do, but Josh assisted and made it so easy! I initially let a negative review for this company based on an order that I placed. When I received the order, it was incorrect from what was requested. I contacted the company and was not pleased with the remedy that was provided. I then spoke to Alyssa with the Customer Care Team that took the time to review the order with me. After a brief review, Alyssa agreed to replace the order and have it shipped to an alternate address in time for our event. I appreciate the time she took to understand the issue and the steps taken to avoid any mistakes on my part. If I can offer any advice, it would be to look over your design very carefully and call them to ensure that you are getting what you order before approving it. Even if you have provided written instructions, if the proof is not perfect, call to have it corrected. You will get exactly what is shown regardless of notes. Thank you, Alyssa.

Absolutely stunned at the quality of the print, the detail and color vibrancy is amazing. Price is a little high, but what isn’t these days. Happy future customers for sure!

Website was easy to use. I had to start a chat so that they can make a few adjustments on my logo. Josh was great with understanding what I wanted.

I placed my order on December 2nd 2024, and it still hasn't been shipped! This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my co-workers and now we're already in January and it still hasn't been shipped! When I contact customer service, they say my order will be shipped that day, but it doesn't happen and they won't even get in touch to let me know how things are going, I'm the one that has to run after them to get any news on my order, that wasn't cheap btw. So unprofessional.

I've used RushOrderTees a number of times. They are the easiest company to work with. One of the best aspects of their service is the real-time chat support available on every page of their site. I never wait more than a few seconds to be connected to a live person, and they are all SUPER helpful. Today I worked with JOSH. He had my order sorted in a matter of a couple minutes, corrected a pricing element for me, and added a rush option that the website wasn't showing. He crushed it! I'll continue to do business with RushOrderTees because of guys like Josh.
