Disappointing
I placed four orders on November 27th for our company holiday party scheduled for December 19th. When I placed the order, I clearly specified the date I needed the items to arrive, and the company confirmed delivery before December 19th. First issue: Two days after I placed and paid for the order, I was told one of the items was out of stock. Why wasn’t your website updated to reflect availability? They offered me a “similar” product as a replacement. Initially, the replacement looked cheaper, but they assured me it was actually more expensive than the original product, so I reluctantly agreed to avoid delays. When it arrived, the replacement product was completely different and far inferior to what I had ordered—absolutely unacceptable. This wasn’t even the first time. Last year, they pulled a similar stunt by replacing items at the last minute with products in a different color due to stock issues. The major issue now: Tomorrow is the day of our event, and one of the larger orders—critical for our party—has still not arrived. The tracking says it only just left a shipping facility in California today (12/18), and I’m in Minnesota. There is no way it will arrive on time. To make matters worse, their customer service is terrible. I called twice today. The first time, I waited 7-8 minutes before hanging up because I had other responsibilities. The second time, after waiting 5-6 minutes, the call was dropped, or they hung up on me. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I will never do business with this company again. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from them.

My first order I wasn’t very happy with, however I was contacted by a customer service rep who made the necessary edits to the order and sent out a new one, and it actually looks really great. I would feel confident ordering from here again.

Bait and switch x3
Very advanced online ordering platform - lets you choose exact model and color of shirt, as well as very cool design tool. However on every order (two unique orders and even a third correction order) they just swap out the products behind the scenes and send much lower quality base shirt. Customer service is so quick they don't listen and just keep shipping the same wrong product. No point in contacting them a fourth time. I'm out hundreds of dollars as the shirts are casual pyjama quality, instead of product number they offered and I specifically ordered. Do not use if you or your business is particular about your shirts.
