RushOrderTees...Great Company and Great People
I had a genuinely great experience with Gene Fuchs at RushOrderTees. I don't often write reviews, but these guys not only created a one-of-a-kind shirt for my son, but they caught an error in the print process, and fixed it for free. They had already shipped out the original shirt with the error, but corrected the error, and sent out the corrected shirt, ASAP and free of charge. Gene was incredibly quick at addressing the issue, and turned things around immediately. I can't recommend this company enough. Great company, great people, and their products are worth every penny!

Better Than Expected!
My order was supposed to be delivered to me in Canada on the 12th of February and I got them 5 days earlier. The quality of my order was good and the print out of my design is exactly how I wanted them and they were perfect.

Rush Order? More Like Slow and Sloppy.
I was really excited about the shirt I designed and chose Rush Order Tees because I thought they would be, well, fast. They weren’t. They used the slowest possible shipping option, but fine—I was still excited to get my shirt. Then it arrived, and it wasn’t even my design. Completely different color, totally wrong shirt. The shipping label even had the correct color printed on it, so how does that even happen? The only way to contact them is through a form on their website, which I filled out. They asked me to send a picture of the shipping label, which I did. No response to that, but they said they’d send the correct shirt. At this point, I figured they’d at least try to make up for the mess-up by using expedited shipping. Nope. Once again, they chose the slowest, cheapest option. Now it’s been a full week since they supposedly shipped the corrected order, and tracking says I still have another week to go. So, two weeks after getting the wrong shirt and nearly a month after my original order on January 24. Rush Order Tees? More like Slowest Possible Tees. What a joke.

I have to say. RushOrderTees has been my go to for quick apparel. They have showed out above and beyond any other company. When things are not right the make it right! I had just recently ordered something that needed to be here asap and I got 4 day shipping expedited. It arrived in Two days!!! WOW! 5 stars all day for this company! I even ordered a size that was smaller than anticipated and I re ordered right away! NO complaint from me. They deserve my business and they deserve yours!

The custom image that I designed for my tee shirt is much smaller and much lower on the finished tee shirt than what I submitted via the company's design interface on the company's web site. Too embarrassing to give as a gift as intended. Advice: Don't trust the company's web site design interface. Try a different company. Complete waste of hard-earned cash.
Exceptional Service and Support – A Great First Experience with RushOrderTees!
I had the pleasure of working with Angel Negron, Product & Design Specialist at RushOrderTees, for our business’s first order, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Angel made the whole process so easy. He helped with pricing, bundling, and even took the time to ask the right questions about fonts to make sure the design was exactly how we wanted it. He was super patient with me, answering emails, and helping me make updates to my cart as we went along. His attention to detail and dedication to getting our large order right really stood out. I did call RushOrderTees Chat/Support line before speaking with Angel when I was ready to make our purchase. The first young man I spoke to was kind, but unfortunately, our call got cut off (my fault not RushOrderTees). When I called back, I spoke with Maurice, who was also very friendly and answered my initial questions with great patience. RushOrderTees is lucky to have people like Angel and Maurice on their team. Their excellent customer service is a big reason we’ll be coming back. Highly recommend working with them!
