After the placing the order I needed to reach out to ensure proper printing. Owen was able to take care of necessary changes to ensure the products were printed to my specs.

Geraldine and Owen helped work through some art issues. They were both great and easy to work with. My only complaint is about the RushOrder's system. I had to manually check back in to find out that my order hit a snag with art work being blocked. I think it would be helpful to have a data system in place to notify customers via email if there is any disruption to the order.

T-shirt is WAY smaller than prior custom orders, same size and Glidden t-shirt. Also smaller than all shirts in closet (even those that are old and shrunk). Not sure if it's mislabeled or if the size or variation is very bad. BUT customer service quickly responded and replaced the order with the next size up.
