Update to Previous 1-Star Review

It is only fair to post an updated review. My situation, which began 7/10/24, has been rectified as of today with a refund. While it took 8 weeks, the customer service rep I finally reached was genuine and compassionate. The refund did show up TODAY. It is only fair to say thank you. This review is an update to 1-star review I gave RushOrderTees for failing to deliver my order twice and failing. I wanted to make sure other users/clients see that RushOrderTees does resolve client issues.

Justyne is always just a click away and extremely helpful. I work at a charter school here in Brockton and she has always helped me get to the budget we need. SO far this summer, we have placed about $55,000 in orders that Justyne has helped me get.

For the Technically Challenged

I have used Rushordertees.com a few times and I have always received great service. Today Luke was exceptional and assisted me with my project. I am technically challenged and he was patience, kind and worked fast to get me what I needed.

Buyer beware: Nothing rush about it...go local

Buyer beware. Anything sooner than 2 weeks...the price goes up exponentially. With only 10 T-shirted ordered with "Family Reunion- Miwaukee 2024" on the front I figured 17 days was enough for regular service, but when i called customer service one week in ..they didn't even have the color of the T-shirt I wanted. Rush order was waiting for the color. I knew I was in trouble. Rush order also moved the "delivery date" at least once. Please do your home work....go local....I wish I had.

Service was pretty good, but not without a struggle.

This service is easy to use but wasn't a struggle-free experience. I appreciate how I can upload a vector image directly into their Tee Shirt design tool on the website. I needed 5 shirts fast (a week from my order date). Designing and picking the style on their website was pretty straightforward and easy, the problem came after I ordered and paid the extra 16$ per shirt for 2 day shipping (that's 80$ shipping for 5 shirts, so not cheap by any means). I was expecting for the extra price, they would show up no problems. I received an email the next day explaining they often do not have most of their shirt styles in stock at most times. They, themselves, have to order them in to do the shirts, so, this means my 2 day shipping turned into 5 day shipping to get the shirt style I wanted/paid for. I called and they answered right away, but working with the agent to find shirts they actually had in stock was a struggle. I had to pick 3 different styles to get my 5 shirts in sizes women's L and M. 3 styles for 5 shirts! On top of that, the recommended replacement was a crop top lol. This was after I had spent 30 minutes going through the entire website and reading the agent the item numbers for the syles that would work. I ended up with an order I wasn't really happy with. But, they did deliver in time, and they did at least help fix the issue, and were very accommodating, which I appreciated. My issue is not with the customer service, but with the fact they advertise heavily on fast orders, let you pay for the shirts you want, then double your shipping time because they don't have them. Don't sell them for 2 day shipping, if you can't deliver. It would have saved me a headache, and I could have gotten shirts I was happy with instead. Overall, still 4 statrs because they were very responsive, despite my unhappiness with the final product. I do really appreciate their responsiveness and care.
