Mediocre… I mean it’s fast

Mediocre… I mean it’s fast, but pretty high price for some lower quality materials. Could have went with higher quality fabric like carhartt or comfort colors but I wanted to test the waters first. Mainly it’s the logo and printing I would give a 3/10, it’s like a sticker stuck on the shirts. Not screen print. I bought them for my pressure washing business and we will see how long it lasts before peeling off. There’s only a couple of companies that I’ve found that do pressure washing company shirts that are whatever size logo you want any placement and not a sticker it’s almost like it’s within the threads. But the other 2 companies have a minimum order of like 12… I’m a one man show here.just need like maybe 3 shirts for now. And their shipping is like 2 months out… nah I’m good. So I went with RUSH ORDER. And yeah they rushed. You get what you pay for.. you get fast shipping with high price on it. But for quality i will probably just buy a machine myself and do my own honestly. Worth a shot

TERRIBLE QUALITY AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....

TERRIBLE QUALITY AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. EMBROIDERY CAME OUT TERRIBLE. LETTERING IS SIDEWAYS, LETTERS ARE SITTING ON TOP OF EACH OTHER. SOME ARE CROOKED. I SENT PICTURES, TOOK A WEEK TO GET BACK TO ME AND THEN ASKED ME TO SEND MORE PICTURES WHEN YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THAT THE EMBROIDERY HAS MAJOR ISSUES. They try to make the process difficult and painstaking so you don't end up going through the process. They asked for more pictures and then asked me to lug this box to UPS to go return it. I purchased from them because they are fast and supposedly good reviews which I now believe are all FAKE reviews. Alyssa Cedars, as a customer service manager in 2024, you don't insult your clients and tell them you don't see anything wrong with the hat when the embroidery clearly looks like crap. and then ask them to jump through hoops to make it right. Clearly this is not a company you want to do business with.... STEER CLEAR! RESPONSE TO THE BUSINESS: The one picture was plenty to suffice and show you the terrible quality of the hats. I already had waited a week to hear back. You are asking me to take MY TIME and pack these up and go to UPS to ship them back, when your company sent me a trash product. The embroidered logo did not look like the logo that was sent to you. When your company messes up, you don't ask the client to go out of their way. You make it right without asking them to go through multiple steps. You got a clear picture of the issue, why did you need me to send in more pictures for review? If you needed multiple pictures, why was that not conveyed to me when I first reached out about the poor quality, why did you attempt to make me jump through hoops in multiple steps if this really was the case? Your business makes clients jump through hoops in hopes that they don't want to deal with it and just move on. I wasn't born yesterday
