Great product, great staff

I original bought my optimum in 2020, use it every day & managed to break my jug ( dropped it on the floor). I contacted Frothie to order a replacement jug & needed some guidance, which I got & more helpful tips! Thank you

I cannot give more than one star

I cannot give more than one star. Like others who have given one star I am someone who had a fault with the product (a blender) left a bad review because it was taking weeks to get sorted - and then was blackmailed into removing it before they sent a replacement jug - which was the second one I had to have sent to me. The originally bought jug was leaking from the base. I was blamed for removing the jug whilst still blending - something I have never done. The replacement jug was the 1 litre one. I then had a problem with the 1litre jug because it somehow is incompatible with the blender - despite buying the right model. The fault? The lid lifting off during use. It literally blows off the machine and sprays liquid all over the place. I had to send photos and was told to put less liquid in it - yet it had hardly any in the first place because I blend for just myself. I was made to feel the problem lay with me. It didn’t. They sent me a replacement 1.5 litre jug which took another month to arrive. I was supposed to be happy that they were sending me the larger jug at no extra cost to me. I could only blend by standing next to the blender during that time and holding the lid down. The new one works fine - but it is much too big for my needs.
