I found the experience mostly efficient with a fast delivery - perfect. My only issue was that it wasn’t easy to separate the billing address from the delivery address – but that’s pretty common! Sx

Highly recommend from delivery to customer services. Unfortunately, the wrong size was ordered and it wasn't a problem for them to come and collect.

Very happy experience with Royal Bathrooms, though I didn't opened my toilet and Bathroom mirror yet, because builder still working in the kitchen. But at the peak busy time of christmas I got the quick delivery as soon as possible. I will leave another review about the product quality later .
