Bought a toilet with seat and unfortunately was sent the wrong seat. However, this was dealt with efficiently and effectively and the replacement arrived in good time. I mark down Royal Bathrooms as a company to use again.

I was able to order the product I wanted The delivery slot was very early in the morning, but they did say if I wanted it left somewhere else then leave a note. I did that and the delivery driver took heed of that and it was fabulous !

Oh my word, my vanity sink is stunning, looks very expensive but was a great price. Delivery was spot on regular update as I ordered at Christmas time.

I purchased a led mirror on 29/12/24 and paid for next working day delivery it’s now the 3/01/25 and have still on received the mirror

Delivery guy( Chris) was so polite and helpful.
