Ordered a L shape bath for next day delivery. It had arrived in the morning time next day which I was happy about but it was damaged. Once I contacted royal bathrooms, they were really understanding and the customer service team were so good. The turn around was within a day and I have the new bath. Quality is good also. Would definitely use again.

Purchase a shower base and cubicle from Royal bathrooms it arrived at the time and date ordered in a fantastic condition and postage was very reasonable. Item was well packed and secure, did not come with instructions for fitting and took some working out however looks amazing now fitted. Had one issue with one of the brackets I emailed Royal bathroom and it was sorted quickly and delivered the next day so I cannot Fault the service of this company I will definitely be using again if I need to

The vanity unit was good quality at a very competitive price. I was nervous about buying online but was delighted with the product which was delivered free within 48hrs.

I installed the shower. Once I finished everything, I realised the water was sitting in the middle. The shower didn't have the right drop to the waist a big disappointment I wasted a lot of money I took of the tiles and shower a and replace it with a different company
