Firstly, the website is great, it always has good images and dimensions - not the case for other suppliers! Communication for questions and queries is prompt and helpful, and delivery is fast. When I did have a problem (a freak manufacturing fault on a toilet cistern), it was replaced quickly and without any quibbling - even though I reported it several weeks after taking delivery. All together, Royal Bathrooms are my favourite suppliers, I would highly recommend them.

The wrong product was sent out but very quickly resolved and shower head received the following day. I would order again as they were very helpful.
