Yeah so just got sent some pretty poor logos. Excrement actually. Could get a logo like this for free on any of the websites out there that auto generate them. After selecting the least worst logo I get told great great! Give us another 70+£ and we will give you the files you should have anyway, the .ai source file. What a complete rip off. Like the clip joints in London. BEWARE!!! I was going to give them the opportunity to refund me and all but I thought sod it, I'll lose my £21 , and learn from my mistake

The designers provided me with amazing set of ideas of the logo. The logo reflect more than what I imagine and beyond my expectations. Honestly, I believe the service is really worth what I paid for. Also, the communications with Adam Jensen were very great opportunity to reach the required target within good time scale. To sum up, I'm going to deal with this company again.

We instructed Logo Symmetry at extremely short notice ahead of an investment pitch, for a custom 2D explainer video. We had already had two bad experiences via Freelancer and Fiverr so needed someone who could deliver. Logo Symmetry were brilliant. They came up with a full storyboard within a couple of days and then, once that was finalised (and we are quite demanding and perfectionist!), created the video within a few days after that. The communication throughout was brilliant and I could monitor progress via an online platform. We had loads of little tweaks, all of which were incorporated. We got all of this for a great price. I would hugely recommend Logo Symmetry, and we will be using them again for other things.

I have just started a new business and knew I needed a logo to help make it recognisable, especially across all the different advertising platforms, but also depicted what the business was. I knew what I wanted it to feel like but no real ideas of what it would look like! A great brief for a designer! I run a fast paced dog walking business that takes up a huge chunk of my time during the days, so most of the time I was having to message these guys back in the evenings - my replies were never left unread/un-replied to, even when I messaged at 8pm, I'd always get at least one reply to let me know that I'd been acknowledged. I had a very specific idea in mind when I first paid for this service, but David Brown and his design team gave me so many fantastic design briefs that I was completely overwhelmed with how amazing they all were! Then I started having to rethink what I REALLY wanted. I must have got these guys to edit the designs they'd come up with a million times, and every reply was wonderful, polite and professional. After a couple weeks I soon settled on a design that I was happy with, I then started getting them to tweak things here and there, over and over and over.. I felt bad every time but David made me feel completely comfortable with voicing my opinions on their designs, it was for my business after all! It had to be perfect! As of yesterday, I now have the most amazing doggy business logo that I aired this evening to my clients, friends and family and the feedback I've had from EVERYONE has been outstanding. I was over the moon with the design, but with everyone complimenting it and saying how it POPS and how professional it looks, I'm now head over heels in love with it.
