Update on how rubbish Logo Symmetry is. I was told on 15th September that my refund will be processed within 3-4 business days. I emailed them back today 21st september to ask where my refund is and this was the reply I got. "Your refund cannot be processed in mid of month as we are an Orgnization so your refund is due and will be processed by the end of month." I then received another email from the "account manager" saying; "It will be processed by today, don't worry" I am at a loss for words on how awful this company is. I URGE EVERYONE TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
