Great way to experience time sharing as a owner

Everything was nice it's just that we were in the presentation for 3 hours and my husband wasn't feeling well, however I am glad I purchased the hotel package. They were really nice and polite. We enjoyed our stay. Thank You and God Bless.

The problem I had with staying at the beach colony, is they did not come in clean the room on a daily bases , you have to go asked for towels they don’t bring it to you I did not like that at all.the housekeepers was not pleasant.

I never felt so disrespected and lied to I wish I would have had a better experience but people were just all arpund nasty n rude

Getawaydealz has earned my 5 star rating now. We went on this vacation June 14th through the 17th as we had never been to Gatlinburg . Gatlinburg is an absolutely awesome place to visit and I recommend it to everyone at least once in their lifetime. I was disappointed when we finished our presentation that a $50 gift card promised to us was not available at the counter and we had to return the next day for it .however a very nice lady by the name of Lil contacted me today very concerned about this issue we had and reassured me that I could contact her personally if we ever vacationed with them again I know sometimes things do happen and since she was so concerned to contact me and refund me in which they did not have to. I believe they really do care about their company and customers. I must also say that the people were all very pleasant so I am sure this type of incident doesn't happen to everyone . Comfortable, Nice and very nice staff

It was an awful experience with so much pressure from the sales experience. I was told it was a 90 minute pitch. It turned out to be 4 hours. I am very unhappy with how I was treated.

Very good booking experience. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Everything was good except, I never received tickets for waterpark for doing timeshare.

Glad i booked thru yall excellent decision.
