I love getaway dealz our room was more like a homeaway from home

The best thing ever

Ok here it goes...I was contacted several times because my previous review made Getawaydelz company management unhappy. Yes the manager did contact me but it was mostly to ask me to change my review. And yes she did try to contact the resort to have my day/time changed. But the calls were several times asking me to change my review. That was very unprofessional after all reviews is to let other customers know your experience. I asked to listen to the phone call if what I was told by the first representive but was not allowed. NO I WILL NOT BECAUSE THIS GIMMICK THEY SIGN YOU UP FOR IS HORRIBLE!!! This 90 minute tour they say ONLY TAKES 90 MINUTES OR THEN ITS SAID Approximately 90 ENDS UP WELL OVER 3 HOURS CLOSER TO 4 HOURS!! You only have 24 to cancel therefore they have you bent over a barrel no matter what because you can not get your money back. I'd much rather pay the regular rate than to go through this mess ever again! Westgate Resorts Who Getawaydelz sets ya up with is a joke. We were set up for Gatlinburg TN with this insane mess. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS CRAP PAY FOR YOUR ROOM & ENTERTAINMENT AND BE HAPPY NOT HARRASSED AS WE WERE!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

I got a deal that was very good to be true, but it was so true.

Definitely a great deal I recommend it to anyone that is trying to get a great deal and awesome location!

It was very easy booking. Representative was very thorough with instructions, and requirements. Was able to add on a day with no problem. Didnt want the 2 aquatica tickets that came with it, so I'm stuck with the tickets.

The first experience with these guys was great. But the second time it was awful. The hotel was awful. The room had a odor, sheets had stains on them. I would not recommend anyone to choose coco key water hotel. Run away. Wifi did not work while there, pool was too full, the walls were very thin, you can hear people in their room. Only positive thing was restaurants were close by.
