I came from North Carolina on our anniversary weekend to not have a hotel room and was then put on a very high floor. Very uncomfortable will never use this company again

Fast booking and the price was excellent

The problem with the deal was the condo was not up to par. The first room was terrible screw in the bed saw dust, pictures not hang on the walls. They move us, this one was a little better, but not great. This was at Colony Beach Resorts.

I will not recommend this company. I went online looking for a vacation for me and my family. Getawaydealz.Com popped up. I called the company, paid for the trip. They told me I should recieve a confirmation confirming my stay. The day before our vacation I noticed that they never sent or call confirming our trip. Mind you they already took the full balance out of my account. I call the company for confirmation well, come to find out the hotel that they booked me for was not available. The company tried to offer me another hotel that had bad reviews and was not fit staying the night in. I had to call several times to get my money back. This company is not dependable, they don't have good customer service and if you want to stay somewhere nice this will NOT be a good company to deal with. I promise, you will be totally disappointed.

Booked last minute and try to cancel same day and basically no refund. So yes they took my money. Customer service sucks!!. Like a scam

Nice clean rooms big bed nice shower and tub awesome kitchen all around excellent I would recommend anybody.
