I would never take one of these deals again worst trip ever!

Rooms were like a motel 6. The phone didn't work in the room. There was mold in the shower in the ceiling. It was old and outdated.

Horrible Company, even worse customer service

This was by far the worst experience I've had with any sort of a company, let alone a travel company. Their customer service is an oxymoron as they do not offer any service and/or offer any sort of accommodation. I booked a trip and the Salesman who I booked the trip with was extremely aggressive and pushy with getting me to sign up ASAP. He went over the terms and conditions making them seem "straight forward and nothing special" he then told me to go on my phone (while driving) to check the boxes ASAP because the rooms were selling out very quickly. We were charged an extra $60 dollars to have another couple in our room (my brother and his wife) which I willingly paid. Upon getting to the room it was not as advertised as there was not two beds and it was a cramped one couple room. After I got home I noticed that my credit card was charged another $90 unknowingly and without consent. I called the company and they placed blame on the hotel and said that a manger would need to review it and go over my recorded conversation. No one called me back for four days. I called every day to check the status. Finally after four days I got a hold of a 'manager,' Lil who was incredibly rude and kept interrupting as well as raising her voice. She offered no help in trying to get these charges reviewed, insinuated I was a liar and also told me "It is what it is." I have never had that level of horrible customer service ever in any of my dealings with any company. I have no idea how GetawayDealz allows someone with that level of rudeness be a manger at their company. I would urge everyone to stay away from this company as they will try to take advantage of any upcharges they can. Their customer service is horrendous and if you talk to a manager like Lil you will not get anywhere and will be even more frustrated.

WARNING: Their Incompetency Will Cost You $$$

We were solicited online by Getaway Dealz for a 5 day promotional rate in Cabo San Lucas, where we were planning to travel for a wedding, in return for attending a timeshare presentation. We were thoroughly vetted by multiple agents to ensure we qualified for the deal according to their contract agreement that I signed. 4 days before our departure, the hotel informed me that we did not qualify for the deal after all, because you can't go to a wedding or special event when taking advantage of these promotional rates. It turns out GetawayDealz gave us the wrong contract, with outdated requirements on it that made no mention of this clause. GetawayDealz refused to help, other than offering a stay at the Holiday Inn (30 minutes away) or refunding our money. Me, my wife, and daughter were already in the wedding party, & we couldn't change our flight schedule, so we ended up paying full price for the 5 nights at the resort ($2800), when we originally only planned to stay 2 nights before getting talked into the promotion. The bottom line is, don't trust these people to know what they are doing. They are sloppy, and if they screw up, you will end up holding the bag & likely having your vacation ruined. They have absolutely no pull with the hotels, and will just refund you & wash their hands of you if things don't work out their way. BUYER BEWARE!!

Everything with the reservation with the hotel was very smooth. they called to make sure we had no questions and make sure we are ready to go. Wish the pictures of the hotel we're a little bit more accurate. but it was overall great if I could I would book again.

Great experience. I would book with them again. Even when their was an issue with the hotel I original booked with. They were able to find me a new room with equal quality and the same dates.
