Perfect. Easy to order, great price and quick delivery

I purchased some Hatley pyjamas and some joules socks over a fortnight ago for my daughter. 7 days later nothing had arrived an no explanation. I then received an email saying they were know longer in stock and would I prefer a refund or alternative choice I emailed back politely asking for a refund! That was nearly a week ago an not a word reply! when the Founder of the Company a lovely gentleman called Bob seen my email and subsequently called me straight up and corrected the error. He was helpful and understanding and assured us it wouldn't happen again. I was pleased with his efficient and worthwhile response. Thankyou

I bought Catimini wellies in size EU28 (UK11). They arrived with a tag saying EU29/30. Fortunately I actually wanted 29/30 which is roughly equivalent to UK size 11 but it would have been a problem for somebody wanting size EU27/28. Otherwise very quick delivery, good packaging and great sale price. Will buy again.
