Topped up my order with some bargains from the sale section to qualify for free delivery - some Joules leggings and socks at practically giveaway prices. Items delivered quickly and well tracked. Polite emails throughout to keep me updated. Have now bookmarked the site for future use!

Parcel arrived in 5 days as instructed. Very pleased with the Angels Face tutu and looking forward to giving it to my Grand daughter for her birthday. A little disappointed that the free Alice band was navy and did not match the ruby red tutu in anyway, but I am sure it will still get good use. No sign of the bracelet that was part of the deal!

I tried to order items online on several occasions and encounter numerous problems! Firstly the sale items I had chosen, when I went to my basket were no longer in the sale when it's put into your basket! And secondly I tried 6/7 times to put non sale items into my basket, I could see they were there but when I went to pay it said basket empty! Despite receiving further emails to say I had left something in my basket. But you click on this and basket is empty. I contacted poppy & Zack directly by phone and by email! I had to ask for an apology and was told this was an isolated case. However this is not what the lady told me on the phone! Ive been offered a 5% discount after protesting but I'm sorry this not Good enough. I can get it cheaper on other websites! Without the hassle. I didn't find the staff were very helpful or cared to be honest. When in fact your loosing out as I would of bought more items now and in the future. So I'm guessing you don't need my business! Poor poor service! Very much a shame as the clothes and items you sell are good brands.
