An easy booking process and a friendly receptionist on arrival. I found the doctor unwelcoming and very abrupt! It also felt that I was being rushed through the process. The doctor was also condesending about "my padding" he never asked what I did for a living, I feel I have a reasonable fitness level for an outdoor pursuits instuctor and mountain bike trainer.

I went for my medical in what it seems a sun bed shop I had my medical and my blood pressure was according to the doctor very slightly high the doctor don’t worry it’s because you’ve possibly got white coat hypertension she said to send it off it should be ok so I did One week later I received a letter back from the dvla to tell me I’m having my license revoked because of high blood pressure So I went to my doctors and had my blood pressure taken on 3 difference days Over the week and guess what there was nothing wrong with it so I got a letter from my gp to send to the dvla at the cost of £30 it took a further 5 weeks to get my licence back because there was a back log at the dvla So was the blood pressure machine working correctly had it been calibrated and if so when I’ve lost money from work and extra costs and the stress and worry of trying to get my licence back So I’m seriously thinking claiming my money back and asking for compensation for the stress it caused

The whole process was very well put together from the initial phone call to check availability and quick response from the office team. The Dr and his reception team were first class and very friendly. I would recommend this service very highly.
