Booked online got call from doctor who had to cancel due to personal matters rebooked with doctor for different day .Turned up and doc still away and booked me in for wrong day (waste of 1/2day pay)he had booked in for the tue not mon but finaly got seen and a very thourough medical

After receiving flyers from 'Fit 2 Drive Medicals' I decided to give them a try. The online booking process is simple. My appointment was for 17.15, and they advise you to arrive 20 minutes before your appointment. I arrived 40 minutes before my appointment, and was advised by the very helpful and friendly receptionist that the doctor had nobody to see before me, but just had a couple of calls to make. She expected me to be seen before my appointment time. The good experience ended there...... When I was finally asked to go in to see the doctor at 17.25 I feel I was talked down to like a 3 year old at school. The doctor was rude and condescending towards myself and my wife, who came with me for the appointment. Suffice to say, I would not recommend this service to anybody. In fact I would go further and say, if anyone tells me they are thinking of booking their medical here, I will advise them to go to their own doctor.
