Just got back after over 3 Months and phoned to pick my Car up, i was expecting a Bill but was told they were not going to Charge me a Penny!! Not only that, but someone was there waiting for me with my Car Running. Very Helpful and Can recomend that people utilise this Parking Facility.

I used the Highwayman last week and left my car there for 8 days. £42.99, excellent value for money. I rolled up and they were expecting me, just got the case out of the car and the transport was waiting. 10 mins at most to airport. They monitor your arrival flight and even mine was 15 mins early they were there to collect me. Got back and vehicle waiting for me, no extra miles on clock. An excellent service. Only problem was sat nav took me long way round. I suggest putting in Cardiff Airport, and when you get to Barry re programme and you won't go wrong. At end look for brown sign indicating eating, and will take you there. Very friendly staff and would definitely use them again.

Terrible. We were running late for our flight but the staff were very rude and made us wait whilst they shuttled cars around before driving us to the airport meaning we almost missed our flight.

An excellent service from start to finish as always with Cardiff airport there are lots of lanes this parking is no exception as long as you go through the village you won't have any trouble friendly staff and very attentive with your luggage great price great service

Not impressed. They couldn't find our booking despite me having a print out of it.made us late for the airport. It's hard to find down narrow country lanes.not good in the dark. On way back had to wait for mini bus to be full before we could leave so was waiting ages.

Extremely helpful. Tim my driver made a huge effort to help as I had been ill on holiday and helped me to get back to my car with minimal effort. All staff friendly. Would defjnately use again

Don't use these guys if you are travelling light. We take hand luggage only and have had to wait for the minibus - once in the pouring rain and the pick up point has no shelter. We then had to wait for the bus to be filled with passengers with hold luggage. Altogether a 30 minute delay and a soaking. Company not even remotely interested in our feedback. Arrogant and complacent!

My experience with this company was entirely positive, right up until the moment I tried to start my car on collection. At that point a key with which I had never had any issues no longer worked. Eventually I was able to start the car but I was concerned that it had been damaged in my absence. The management accepted no responsibility for the issue, insinuating that I was simply lying. I would at the least have expected a refund of the fee paid. As someone who flies through Cardiff once a month they have lost a reliable customer and I would advise anyone against using them as any repairs to damage to your car on collection will be at your expense.
