Used the Highwayman parking for the 1st time last week for a couple of days while flying from Cardiff airport. Staff were great, fast drop off and pick up and very good price compared to other options. Will definitely use again.

Not a pleasant experience as there are inadequate directions to the site. off the main road with the last section being narrow roads with traffic and unsatisfactory signing at the site itself. Critically instructions for pick up point at airport forgettable after a week away as they not allowed to use proper drop off points ( as advised by driver). I advise make a written note if you decide to use them If you do get there with another flight arrival at the same time as your own,do not have my experience of being left behind as the minibus was full. The driver mistakenly took another person for whom he did not have the keys and so he should not have been taken. It can be cold in Wales (and wet) so waiting was not a pleasant experience. When the replacement mini bus arrived it had a duff turbo so crept along. Choose another car park or even another airport.

Can't fault this company to park your car, securely, when you fly from Cardiff Airport. They are cheaper than the on site parking. They drop you off and collect you. No waiting for the bus when you arrive back. The bus is waiting for you. They hand you your keys and drop you right next to your car. Unfortunately my car had a flat battery so they got a power pack and started it for me. So I didn't have to wait for breakdown recovery to come to start me. The staff were all polite and courteous and the car is held in a secure car park while you are away. Will use again when I fly from Cardiff
