5 star bra with 5 star service!! Blown away by the Kelly bra. Not only is it beautiful it fits beautifully!! No pain!! Which for someone with large breasts is unheard of. I have spread the word to all the women in my life!! These bras are truly life changing. I will not be buying from anyone else. Also the customer service is 2nd to none! I ordered the wrong size originally. After a lovely conversation with the staff at no1 I was sent two different sizes to try at no extra cost to me. Only once I was happy with the fit did I need to send back the ones that didn’t fit. AMAZING!!!! They truly care! Thankyou. I’ll be a repeat customer and advertiser for life.

Update 8/1/23 Further to this review I have now received a refund but yet again No1 Bra are not following the legal requirements of distance selling as they have only given me a partial refund! I paid £95.45 which they should have refunded me in full. Instead they have only refunded me £91.50 removing the postage costs from the refund. I am not impressed! Most appalling online shopping experience I've ever had. I had to chase via email and phone to get a returns label because quite frankly the bras are unflattering and made from unpleasant fabric. The staff pestered me with emails and calls to try a different size when all I wanted was to return them. I finally got a returns label and posted back to them on 29 November. They received my items back on 7th December. As of today 6th January 2023 31 days after the items arrived back with them I am still waiting for a refund despite emailing and phoning them to chase my refund which I should not have to do. This online company are not following online distance selling regulations where it is a legal requirement to refund customers within 14 days of returned items being received. Still waiting for a £95.45 refund, 31 days after returns received is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Great service, find what I was looking for, knowing if the size wasn't right I could return free until with help find the right size, as it is the size was right, would like it a little more if they pushed my boobs together more, instead at the 10 to 2 look. But they are very comfortable

I was made to feel very welcome from the time the door was opened. Having a bra fitting is not a great experience you can feel quite vulnerable and uncomfortable. But I have to say I was made to feel very relaxed. Anna took my measurements and fitted me with the most comfortable bra I have ever worn. Would highly recommend No1 Bra. Excellent service and excellent products.

As a girl with a bigger bust for years I've struggled on with uncomfortable bras .... I'm so happy I found these, they are comfortable, do not dig, and you are not desperate to get them off the moment you get home! The fitting video is self explanatory but I have also used the fitting service which was helpful. I brought one initially to try and I now have five, well worth the money. I will never go back.
