Bought 3rd bra as always a fantastic fit. These bras are all I wear now, being quite busty they are supportive and very comfortable. And the Sunday boob check emails very helpful to keep you checking. 1st purchase I bought the wrong size of bra and no.1 were soo helpful.

The products are well made and designed. The bra fitter was excellent and was able to select the correct size really quickly without any fuss.

Nothing went wrong with my very recent purchase and I find the bras themselves quite good and comfortable. My issue goes back to the end of last year when I had to return 2 bras. You firstly have to more or less apply for permission to make a returns. A lady called Anna wanted me to do an exchange which I did not want. Then when I Sent them back I was waiting nearly six weeks before I got my money back. I called three times left a message the first time no call back. Sent emails no reply. I then get yo speak to Imogen who blames the postal strike. I have to ring again in early January speak to Imogen again who just confirms that yes I have been waiting a long time for my refund and that it will go through soon. Three days later I get an email notification saying I've been refunded. If I had not preserved I don't believe I would never have had my money back. As I like the bras I ordered a new one last week but only because I knew this one woukd be OK as I already had one. Imogen came across as a lovely lady .... but there us something very wrong when you have to beg for your refund ... I first bought bras here in 2021 a different lady seemed to be in charge then maybe Lorraine or Lucy but the service was better abd the bras themselves used to arrive in a beautifully wrapped box. Now it's in ordinary packaging. I would get over that if the customer service was better.

What a wonderful team never had such good service and products. Had to have a few more deliveries to get the right fit but always came very quickly. Good customer support in over the phone fitting. Love the bras I bought two different styles one padded one not both fit great no wire problems, under the arms the material is so soft and the wires are great don’t poke into you. The back of the bras are designed well and certainly helps with the back fat issue so very pleased wish I had found this company before. Told my daughters and they are going to try too.

Jen was amazing at fitting us and finding what we needed. The bras really are different and have made such a difference. So comfortable and gives a noticeably great shape.
