Customer Experience

This company were extremely efficient in organising and installing a water meter and have been extremely efficient in responding quickly to any queries that I have had in the meantime. In this day and age, their excellent customer support is a rarity and highly appreciated.

Very understanding and patient staff

I needed help understanding a recent bill from Pure Utilities and the agent was incredibly helpful. The lady ensured that I fully understood the bill and the billing process. 10/10 for ensuring I fully understood.

Highly recommend Pure Utilities

Highly recommend Pure Utilities. I am a customer of Pure for multiple properties and have found them to be much better than my other water supplier. Customer services were very helpful with a water leak I had and Jenny handled the case extremely well

Excellent Service
